I would NOT recommend using this clinic for your travel medical needs. I’m sure an alternative would be able to better serve you. For context, here are some details from our experience.

After selling us vaccines, the nurse neglected to share with us the refrigeration storage requirements for a prescribed oral vaccine which we were to take later. This resulted in the dose losing efficacy as it was not immediately refrigerated after the purchase.

When we expressed our disappointment that the instructions were not shared, we were told:

“We understand your concerns; however, as our nurse provided the necessary instructions, informed you that the instructions were also on the box, included the Dukoral brochure, and offered an ice pack for safe transport (which was declined), we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of additional vaccines.”

The clinic was unresponsive after we clarified that all of these assertions were FALSE as the nurse DID NOT do any of the above. From there, we received no communication when asking for either a replacement dose or crediting us the charges for it. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Rip Off place, over charge, not transparent on prices or that the injections 2nd and 3rd, aren't apart of huge bill. Dog peed on floor ? Why do staff have pets in medical building? Unsanitary.

Try the other vaccines clinic. Much more affordable and clean
