Dr. Cote was very thorough and came in while on parental leave to see me as an emergency after my eye surgery in Halifax left me lost for aftercare. She took the time to answer all my questions, did extra tests to send to the surgeon for followup and refilled my needed eye drop prescriptions. She cared enough to also want me to come in again a few days later to recheck and follow up if everything was still okay. The personal service and care was unsurpassed. Highly recommend this doctor and the office!

I've been going to Dr. Cote for many years now. She is courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed and talks to you directly about your eye health. I followed her through her office change and I would follow her again.

The new office staff are horrible. The doctor stops seeing patients on a particular day and they do NOT call to tell you that the appointment booked a year ago was randomly cancelled. You rebook and are not advised that they changed their system and no longer have your insurance information or health care on file (as well as have a rude office staff lie to you and interrupt your conversation with the other employee). Asked for everything you need to know before rebooking yet again only to get a voicemail the day before asking to arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time... My day was busy and I only hear this after 11pm... Sorry not sorry... I can't get there 15 minutes early with so little notice. Hope the new doc is at least knowledgeable in their profession... Total clean up of office staff is needed!

Was in the area, decided to call to see if I could get an apt. They just happened to have a cancellation. Receptionists were awesome, got me all set up and we're very friendly. Dr Cote was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Fantastic experience ! While visiting i had a problem with one of my eyes, and Dr Côté was able to fix it in less than two days. Thanks again a lot and i recommand that place for the serious and good service.

A bad experience here ... so shop around .... you deserve better when it comes to your eyes.
