I had very good friendly service from the receptionist and the assistant there. They were kind & very helpful, especially about helping me get my one dog, where the lawyer failed to do! I was highly disappointed in my Legal Aid lawyer!!! She was slow, things took forever and I never did get to an outcome as she up & quit on me!!! Left me high & dry and couldn't even manage to allow to get my personal belongings. My daughter & I had asked about a court order from the beginning and it never happened! But in her letter she stated to obtain my belongings a court order would need to be issued. She spent more time trying to justify her lack of work and the fact I had sought out a Family Law Lawyer before I knew I qualified for Legal Aid. She couldn't wrap her head around the fact that it was my right to seek out a lawyer. Unfortunately I couldn't afford one. So I had to go with Legal Aid. But don't worry she got paid for the last 11 months and I had to pay out of pocket and I still don't have all my things, my personal belongings or my divorce!!! A family member worked in Family Law for 20 years & stated had NEVER EVER SEEN THE LIKES OF WHAT I WENT THROUGH & WITH NO RESULTS!!! A total waste of 11 months & a total NIGHTMARE!!! Now with no legal background I'm to represent myself! Some system we have in Nova Scotia! It's disgraceful!!!

Worst lawyers and service ever! Very rude managing lawyer! Doesnt listen to there clients nor puts the best interest of the client first! They only care about their paycheck!
