Wow!!! It was really great experience.
I was booking with a different esthetician and I got a message one day before to change my appointment time due to her sick. But I’m glad I was changed! She was amazing. Very kind and very skilled person, and I became a big fan of her!
This was my first time at Art of sauna and it was very good place to have relaxing day.
Also, all staff were nice too.
Highly recommended although I don’t want to be so crowded…
I will definitely come back.

The massage was truly exceptional. Laura, my therapist, focused on exactly the areas that needed the most attention, which made a huge difference. She consistently checked in about the pressure, ensuring it was always just right. I felt cared for and she made me feel that it was important to assist in my healing and wellness throughout the session. The sauna is always, such a perfect compliment. Front desk staff is charming, patient and sweet. The overall experience is fantastic and Art of Sauna is a gem in the Lower Mainland. I cannot talk about it enough 😀

I had a lovely experience today at Art Of Sauna. I purchased a package including the AOS signature massage and it was perfect. It started with 2hrs in the saunas and steam rooms, which helped me relax and unwind and begin to feel less tense and more relaxed, the varied hot rooms and then cold bucket showers on repeat worked wonders! I had asked for a male practitioner for my massage because I wanted someone with strong hands to be able to ease my knotted up, achy body and Alex did a wonderful job. He was so thorough and had a skilled approach to finding and loosening up the sore spots. Very professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and that he was using the right amount of pressure. Book in with Alex! He gives a.great massage, 5 stars.

First time here, and I absolutely loved it! There are so many different rooms, temperatures, and smells to calm your senses. My favorite was the Turkish hamam with followed by a cold plunge, which is a tipping bucket with a pull rope.. nice touch! Very clean, quiet, and relaxing.
Most definitely, I will be returning. What a nice treat to share with friends and loved ones.. or just a nice getaway alone to collect thoughts.

Amazing place. Wife booked it, I had no clue where we are going or what to expect. Once we got thare it was pleasant surprise. I really really enjoyed it. We enjoyed all different types of sauna and had a massage. Everything was top notch and staff was very accommodating, super polite and always ready to help. There was not to many people so it didn't feel overcrowded. We loved it, great experience.

Отвратное место. Во-первых, я заранее делала бронирование, в котором указывала +1 и выбирала статус "Ребёнок"! Бронирование создалось успешно, в день сессии мы приехали всей семьёй из города (дорога заняла почти час!), на ресепшн нам сообщают, что мы не можем воспользоваться услугами их сауны, тк детям до 16лет нельзя посещать их "чудо-сауны".. (моей дочери 12лет, она не раз посещала различные спа и сауны по всему миру!)Так вопрос, нахрена вы даёте создать бронирование (и привязать ещё и карту?!?) - сделайте нормальный фильтр, где необходимо указывать возраст при выборе статуса "ребенок", чтобы не обламывать настолько людей, которые планируют свой выходной заранее и едут к вам из центра Ванкувера! Ещё лучше указать что у вас только "adult only" - А НЕ ДАВАТЬ ВЫБИРАТЬ СТАТУС "РЕБЁНОК"👎👎👎👎

P.s. Ещё момент, при входе целый магазин, где продают тапочки/полотенца/купальники, зарабатывая при этом на забывчивых.. Так что все необходимо брать с собой, там вам дадут разве что халат.

Wow and I mean wow! Was in need of a massage due to a bad back. Called and got an appointment with Shummy S. whom I never have had a massage from. Glad I did.

I hightly recommend Shummy. He truly is an amazing and gifted therapist whose skill and natural talent sets him apart from others. I have had few sessions with him, he tailors to exactly what my body and mind need. Weather it’s deep tissue work, relaxation, or therapeutic healing - it’s all in one with Shummy. His natural gifted ability to find and release tension is remarkable - I am a new person physically and mentally after each RMT session. His calm professional demeanor immediately puts you at ease. I’ve experienced lasting relief from chronic pain and improved overall wellness thanks to his knowledge and care. Shummy clearly has a deep passion, a natural gifted skill as a RMT and a natural talent for healing. Truly one of the best in the field.

I had a treatment on Sunday and
I’m very disappointed with the service at Art of Sauna, especially the way the front desk and manager handled my issue. I booked a massage online through a promotional email but was charged full price. When I questioned it, the receptionist called the manager — who never approached me directly. Instead, she spoke loudly across the room with other clients around, making the situation very uncomfortable.
Her tone was rude and dismissive. She insisted the session was never on promotion and said she didn’t know anything about the email I received. I felt confused and embarrassed, especially when she kept addressing me in front of others. As I left, I heard her saying something loudly about my situation, and others laughed.
I believe that in an organization like this, even if there was a misunderstanding on my part, the manager should have taken me aside or invited me to a private space to calmly explain everything. That would have left me feeling respected, heard, and understood. I think this is the kind of service expected from such a place — treating every client with kindness and empathy, ensuring that no one feels humiliated or dismissed, even if they’re mistaken or confused.

It was an upsetting experience. For such a high-end place, the customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. I left feeling humiliated
