Base en Calgary mais cherchant un véhicule nouveau à Calgary (prêt à voyager pour un meilleur défi). Contacté quelques concessionnaires avec ce que j'avais besoin et l'équipe de vente de Ford Aspen m'a été rapide pour me répondre avec du bs. Ils ont été transparent sur leurs prix et prêt à travailler avec moi pour obtenir ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommanderais de contacter Rory ou son équipe de vente si vous cherchez un véhicule.

Based in Calgary but was looking for a new vehicle in the Calgary (willing to travel for a better deal). Contacted a few dealerships with what I needed and the sales team at Aspen Ford was quick in getting back to me with no BS. They were transparent with their pricing and willing to work with me to get what we were looking for. Would recommend reaching out to Rory or his sales team if you're looking for a vehicle.

Our daughter bought a 2018 Ford Edge from Aspen Ford, November 2022, March of 2025 developed a head gasket leak, a known issue in this engine configuration. (new engine required) When purchased, Aspen offered a $5K warranty coverage so long as you complete services with them. Kent and Mark in the service department went 'to bat' for us with Ford and secured additional coverage, leading to a very economical fix. A short drive from Red Deer but long on credibility and knowledge, Credit where credit is due, give Aspen a try.

Best sales team but terrible service department! They always overcharge for everything but when asked can never break down their hours on what they did. Don't send in women to the Service area since the advisor talks to them like their idiots. My brother brought in his car and the Service advisor was pissy and threw the keys at him. As a mechanic myself people and businesses like this one give the rest of the industry a bad reputation

Carter made sure that he found me the perfect vehicle and the service for tires and oil changes has been quick to get into and very accommodating!

Very easy purchase experience for my new F-150 Lightning. Great prices and low pressure sales and very responsive sales and finance people. Pleasure to deal with and made the purchase and delivery an easy experience, despite being located in Cochrane and having to do it all remotely. Jeff was super helpful and even drove down to meet me after hours on a weekend.
