We moved our mother into the Mayfair. Yes, it is pricey, however, all meals included. Weekly housekeeping and laundering of sheets and towels.
Staff all nice and residents welcoming. There are plenty of activities to socialize and not be bored.

My Aunt and Uncle lived at the Mayfair for 2 years until failing health forced them to a full care facility. They were so happy, they made many new friends. The staff at the Mayfair are friendly, kind and always ready to help all their residents with any problems. The Mayfair is very clean. The menu is varied and tasty. There are many programs that residents are encouraged to join in on, so being bored just does not happen, there is always something going on. Wendy the General Manager makes every resident feel special. My aunt and uncle always felt like they could talk with Wendy about anything. I appreciated the kindness Wendy and all the staff show our loved ones. I would highly recommend Mayfair Terrace.

My mom is a resident of Mayfair Terrace. I am so pleased with the care she receives. I have had the pleasure of meeting the staff and other residents - so friendly, and enjoying the occasional meal. I am always impressed with the quality of the food and the selection.

My Mother lived at Mayfair Terrace (formerly Amica) for almost 10 years. She recently moved out due to her advancing years and increased needs at age 91, to a full-care facility. During her time at Mayfair Terrace the staff and Facility Director (Pierce, and Sarah), were always engaged and interested in her. The staff included her in so many great ways to keep her interested, active and motivated as she aged and slowed down. They were always respectful of her and very collaborative with family. I would strongly recommend Sarah and her team at Mayfair Terrace.

My mother has been at Mayfair for about 5 years , and has enjoyed it very much . I visit her quite often and find the staff to be very friendly and courteous . I have had lunch and dinner there many times and have found the food to be very tasty and satisfying. I would consider Mayfair when the time comes for me to move into a retirement home.

My father, Doug's father-in-law has been a resident of Mayfair Terrace since May of this year (formerly Amica) located on Kelly Avenue in Port Coquitlam. The staff are very friendly and courteous as are the residents. Dad enjoys the meals very much and even though he doesn't want to participate in all the activities which there are many, he does like living at Mayfair Terrace.

Mayfair Terrace staff are tireless folk who have shown so much dedication and effort to make things run as smoothly and as friendly as possible. Covid 19 has been especially challenging but when you ask if they will help my dad do certain tasks, they try to help in a timely manner. I am so grateful, I cannot express it in words, but if I could take them on a holiday I would!!!

I recently had a visit to Mayfair Terrace on Kelly Avenue in Port Coquitlam.
This seems to be a very nice friendly place to retire to. I spoke with Sheri Brown, sales rep. She provided a very warm reception. I received good information about the facility, meals and events. . I will definitely consider this facility when the time comes to move.
