I came in with pain in my shoulder and limited range of motion—I could barely raise my arm properly. After just one session with Leah, I felt significant relief and improved mobility.

I have recently been getting physiotherapy treatments from Jeff Boudreau at Avita Health and Massage Therapy. I have found Jeff to be extremely helpful and understanding of my needs and limitations. As a senior citizen it’s not easy to get help in environments seemingly more suited to a younger very fit and athletic generation. I’ve not only been entirely comfortable with Jeff but he has helped me overcome chronic pain in a number of areas in a surprisingly short amount of time. Had I known this was possible I would have signed up years ago! My previous physical limitations have all but been resolved! I am extremely appreciative of his knowledge, expertise and easy manner. Also the front desk staff are efficient and professional. Kudos all ‘round, especially to Jeff.

I am so grateful and impressed with she did. She has amazing fingers which can find the right spot and cure the pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone. My First and second session made a huge difference and made me felt better. Ally Huang have a great positive happy personality that every clients need. The customer service is excellent and up to date with every clients coming in in their place. The reminder and follow up thru emails and text was impressive and made my days schedule accommodating and planned.

I went to see Jeff Boudreau for the Posture Recovery Program. I'm in my early thirties, and have struggled with back tension for a long time. Jeff was incredibly helpful. I followed all of the exercises he gave and saw surprisingly quick results. I'm feeling very confident about long term improvement. Jeff and everyone at Avita were kind, friendly and helpful. I can't recommend the Posture Recovery Program enough!

My husband had one of his best experiences at Avita Massage Therapy. It was the fourth clinic I found and booked for him, as he usually cancels after one or two treatments due to dissatisfaction. However, this time was different—he was truly happy with the results. For the first time, he stopped complaining about pain at night.
