I recently enjoyed a hot stone massage and steam shower and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Rebecca took excellent care of me, ensuring every detail was perfect. The hot stone massage was incredibly soothing and melted away all my tension. The steam shower afterwards was the perfect way to continue the relaxation. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. With the service I am having done being potentially embarrassing and me being very nervous, I was put totally at ease. Taylor has been awesome and with me being male, Azure was the
only business in Prince George I could find that would do this procedure! I highly recommend them for anything you might need that they do.

I first came here to get Fraxel, which was intended to be for my acne scars. I spent a couple grand and asked for the highest level of Fraxel. The treatment provider assured me it would treat my acne scarring. They took before pictures, but never called to follow up. After my skin had finished healing, I tried to follow up but they never got back to me. I called, left messages, and even emailed. I was disappointed that I could not see my before and afters. Years later I was also told that this treatment was not the highest fraxel level like I had requested, and only the higher level could treat acne scars. So, I wasted over a thousand dollars on a treatment that could not help my acne scars. A few years later I set up a scar removal with Dr. Kurz, where a scar had to be cut out and they sewed it back to make a smaller scar. I liked my results and requested a follow up appointment, and they responded this time. We talked about different treatments for my acne scarring and further treating my scar that resulted from scar removal. We went over so many options and prices, I felt overwhelmed and needed to think about which would be the best one. So, I asked if they could send me my options or write them down for me. They said they would but never did. They also lost my old before pictures, so I was pretty disappointed. I wouldn't have cared if they actually followed up like they said they would, but they never did even after I spent thousands of dollars here. The one thing I do like about them is that they are down to earth, and they don't push products and treatments on you. I will add that I do think Dr. Kurz is a great Doctor.

The staff is super friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for my comfort. Taylor was very skilled at massage, facial, and pedicure and was so knowledgeable and willing to explain whateverI was curious about. I highly recommend getting services from her.The facility is welcoming and relaxing, and so beautiful. It was a great experience!!
