Purchased the Legacy 9’x9’. Assembly took place over 3 days for a total of 9 hours with two people. The amount of time spent was primarily due to interpreting the poorly worded instructions. Greenhouse itself once built is 4 stars. Instructions are a generous 2.5 stars. Before the sale service 5 stars, and shipping company (Manitoulin) 5++ stars. After the sale service 3 stars. If I was looking for another greenhouse in the future, I’m not sure that I would purchase from B.C. Greenhouses again.

This has been one of the best experiences that we've ever had when dealing with a company. They let us first visit their warehouse to see how the greenhouses are made before we made our purchase. When it came time for the install, their team that came out were fantastic and answered every question we had, and even gave us tips for things we didn't even think of.
After the install, I needed some tips on insulation and extra hardware to hang more lights and so I drove down to their shop. They ended up giving me the extra hardware for free and spent some time with me discussing proper ways to retain heat, and insulate.
Thank you so much to their entire team for making this such a pleasant experience and thank you to Nate for doing an amazing job on the install. I wish more companies operated on the level that they do.

Just received my new Sunhaven 8x8 greenhouse a couple of weeks ago.
It took me two days to put it together by myself (I could have used an extra set of hands to do the roof beam but I was able to manage).
The instructions were a bit daunting at first but I soon realized that it was because the instruction package was intended for multiple different styles of greenhouses so a lot of it could be skipped over....once you get a feel for how the greenhouse design and assembly system works it is pretty straightforward. I pretty much put the instructions aside once the frame was in place.

The structure is incredibly solid...I was worried that it would be flimsy but it is not at all. I live in a place that can see some big wind and rain storms in the winter...I have every confidence that this greenhouse will stand up to anything that mother nature throws at it.

The service from BC Greenhouse was excellent. They called several times prior to shipping to ensure smooth delivery. It was on schedule and the delivery guy was really nice.

When starting to do the set-up I thought I had a problem with a missing part so I called their help line...it was a weekend so I left a message with their answering service. They called me back first thing on Monday morning...however, I realized soon after I called them that the part was in fact there so I did not actually need any assistance...just noting that they were very prompt in getting back to me.

Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this greenhouse!

The people at B C Greenhouse certainly know their business and, even though there was a glitch in the scheduling of my green house, all was rectified and it was put up the next day carefully and quickly making for a most satisfying purchase. I would recommend them to anyone seriously considering one as they have so many types to chose from and to fit your budget. I especially liked the cedar tables that I bought and am glad I purchased extra.
