I placed a bead order on Wednesday for 35 different items, mostly 5g packs of beads, each a different color. I figured I’d wait at least a week for them to ship. Well, it’s Friday of the same week and I just got them out of my mailbox! The order is correct, and my mind is blown. The last time I ordered a mixed bead order from another company, it didn’t ship out for 2 weeks!

I will definitely be ordering again, and I can’t wait for the next time I’m in Vancouver to shop in person.

If you need me, I’ll be over here gawking at my sparkly haul.

This bead shop was recommended to me by a friend from another province 😅. The employees are helpful and friendly and the selection, large. Lots of parking around the neighborhood. Some awesome cafes nearby as well. Prices are very reasonable.

I have been searching for bead companies for a while now. I've found a few, but the stock options on certain colors were always very limited. Someone recommended these guys to me, and I am beyond impressed. The turn around time from ordering to receiving my beads was so fast. And the variety of colors to choose from is unbelievable. Quality of the beads are also the best I've found. Will be the only place I buy from.

I love this bead store! The employees are helpful, and there is lots of parking. I could literally spend hours and hours in here if I could! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they have a huge selection!

BEWARE BUYER.
I just purchased their wooden bead loom that was 50% off due to the bars with springs on them needing to be super glued on and were flimsy. I said that’s fine, I don’t mind super gluing them. I get home and unpack the loom and I put it together but it’s missing the pegs which are where you secure your thread when warping. I call the store and speak with Mickey and she tells me to use toothpicks. Toothpicks? It seemed pretty cheap and flimsy but I gave it a chance and tried the toothpicks and of course, that was exactly what it was. There was no way of securing my thread with toothpicks! So I call back and speak with Iya because apparently Mickey wasn’t there anymore and she tries to tell me to use the same thing. I tell her that even the image on the box has pegs not toothpicks and she says she’s going to grab the box to look, she says she doesn’t see any pegs when there are clearly pegs which are needed on a basic loom. She then tries to go back-and-forth with me but I have no urge, I ask for a refund and my order suddenly isn’t coming up.
I’m offended as a customer and frankly very annoyed/disappointed.

This place is just perfect! I made bracelets out of the beads I bought from here, and my customers really loved them! Pretty good price too, really recommend!

An absolute pleasure to buy from this store. It has a huge selection of beads and bead related products. You easily can spend hours in there!
The service is incredible. We asked for help and we got a super nice attitude and knowledge..even considering that we are newbies.
Definitely this is now our to place for beads and more…
