The thing I love most about Jimmi is how thorough and passionate she is about client care and safety.
She will take time to answer any questions you have and teach you about the procedures she does.
She cares a lot about her clients and it shows because she puts emphasis on safety-- she will provide after-care instructions and is over-all very professional and pleasant.

I went to this place for laser hair removal and I ended up getting an Amazing facial experience as well !!! I had a facial done so many times, but Jimmi is by far the best facial experience I have ever had. She ensures you are comfortable with everything she does and walks you through what to expect. I trusted Jimmi from the first I walked in to Bella Skin I felt right away that she understands skincare. Most aestheticians go through the motions but Jimmmi customizes my experience each time I see her. Definitely a 5-star experience with both facial and laser hair removal. She knows and understands darker skin tones. She makes me feel very confident in her ability and that's why I trust her and will never go anywhere else. Her studio is comfortable, very clean, safe and welcoming.

Jimmi is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and IPL/laser hair removal, she is detail oriented, and I am confident in her abilities; I appreciate that everything in the spa is very clean and sanitized.
