I always have good experiences with care and compassion. Dr Dyson is very good with nervous pup, like my girl. In addition, they give treat without breaking it into half 😆

Dr. Dyson and all of her staff are so kind and caring. We had a few health concerns with our teacup maltipoo in our first year with her, and they made sure to thoroughly check her out each time to rule out any possibilities. They tolerated our myriad of questions with a smile and concern and were kind enough to call to check in a couple of days after our visits to see how she was doing after. Can't say enough kind words... they truly understand that your animals are like family.

This is, probably the best Vet clinic in the city, the province, the world. Every time I need them, the staff is incredibly thorough, prompt, and honest. I always feel I’m getting the BEST advice for my animals and where they are. I have never felt so heard as a pet parent as I do when I take my cats here. Our vet has never ever made me feel pressured or like I don’t have insight into my own animals. She also always does her best to give a ONE TIME solution. Meaning, I don’t have to give my cat a pill every day if she can give him
ONE injection. That kind of compassion for both him and myself is so deeply appreciated. You could not get a better vet or a better clinic.

Dr Dyson is AHHHMAZING she has taken care of all our dogs and cats over the years - she’s kind, empathetic and very attentive to her patients and her staff is just so wonderful, always helpful, happy and smiling !
