Staff was friendly and I felt my hearing test needs were met. I took stars off because the washroom is not wheelchair accessible, there is no automatic button for the door and there is a threshold lip that could be a tripping hazard for those with mobility issues. Hearing booth requires being able to transfer to another chair which has a step up and little to no turn around space. Otherwise for able bodied people, the clinic is fine.

Very disappointed! Lead time to get the devices was over a month, appointments to have them adjusted took weeks as the programmer only works one day per week. Moulded plugs took over a month and never got them installed.The service was not good. I tried the devices for a little over two months and noticed no improvement in the quality of my hearing. I returned them and paid the $500 “fitting fee” which I did know about, but seems unreasonable. I had a friend also return his after trying them. I would definitely not recommend Belone for hearing aids.

The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Cherie and her staff to anyone. Keep up the great work. Update: As mentioned before, it is an A1 place to go for your hearing support. Great place, I go there every time I need my aids serviced. Update 2025-01-02: Everything went well, no issues. Was met with a friendly smile and hello. Update 2025-07-14: Another great visit. I asked questions a out hearing aid maintenance and Cherie explained what she was doing. It was a very informative "class".

Had a nice consultation with Cherie at the Osoyoos clinic. She was very helpful and diligent in answering all my questions and concerns, particularly as it relates to Tinnitus. She was able to accommodate a fitting appointment for the next day. Good service, no pressure.
