They were good at first until I made a mistake and from there it went downhill they treated me like I’m just guy who can’t do anything right and got yelled at and got thrown under the bus by another employee saying I didn’t listen to put on my seatbelt if it wasn’t me getting fired it would have been the other guy ,I tried my best to do things the way they wanted I was so worried every day of getting fired and trying to do things right until it happened. were only human we’re all gonna make mistakes they don’t say there giving you a warning or chance they just send u back to camp and then home all I learned from them was that make sure you fill your take 5s and wear your seatbelt at all times there monitoring it all so don’t mess up or you’ll be paying for it. we’re just numbers and replaceable to them. you guys can’t tell me you never made mistakes before if you can your a liar 🤥 Communication is key and there is a major lack of communication hence the extreme turn over.
The other guys got away with it because they buckle there seatbelt behind the seat you should address that issue with your employees I won’t bypass safety like that I’ve been in mining for 4 years man I’m forgetful sometimes yes but after the fist time I learn to do it properly I wanted one more chance to show you guys that I am safe

Lack of communication, lack of empathy, and overall lack of professionalism. They may pay good but its not worth the headaches that are involved. And they wonder why their turnover rate is so high.
