I had the pleasure of working with Georgette Floranza each day. Georgette was punctual, kind, understanding, and compassionate during our time together; the PSWs here in Ontario could learn a thing or two from her. We had no issues at all with showering and getting dressed, nor with my shoes, braces, and teeth brushing.

I was shocked to learn that Georgette was so new to Canada, since we had no issues with communication. Georgette’s presence took a great weight off of my shoulders, and made my trip more enjoyable. I very quickly went from asking her not to stay the full three hours to looking forward to our chats each morning.

Big Hearts Home Care came to our rescue in the midst of a challenging circumstance with my elderly mom who has Alzheimer’s Disease. When I contacted their organization seeking support, they listened with compassion and responded in a timely manner to meet our needs. Our families interaction with Fatma and her staff was wonderful. We had a lovely experience with a care aide named Ivandi. She was so kind and gentle and caring with Dad.
She was a great daily companion for him for almost a month. It was a great deal of help for my siblings and I. Just knowing he was cared for during the day while we were all at work made things so much easier.
