promised parts with no rust.. sent broken and rusted car parts we cannot use, waited a longtime on shipment, no calls after money was taken, no replies after parts finally received. One of the owners / employees is a bully JAN forced quick payment promised a service he came so short from

First rate. Ordered a Ram rear bumper, sight unseen. Knew nothing about Blackpoint and was not from the community. Had bumper delivered. Jan said it was a 9 out of 10 and he was right on target. Bumper was pristine and complete. I am a very happy customer.]

I took my vehicle with 415,000+ km there for scrap. I figured someone could benefit from some of the parts. Two days later, it was posted by a third party on Facebook for TWELVE TIMES the amount I received. I was trying to do the right thing for an old vehicle, but apparently it's all about the money at this place. Very disappointed.

This company are Scammers I bought a motor from them for a optra they told me it was good but in actual it was blowed, I phoned to question them and he laughed at me and told me my mechanics but it in wrong I didn't know you could put a motor in wrong they only fit one way but that's fine I'm from Saskatchewan and you can believe that i will never purchase or recommend this shaddy so called business to anyone Merry Christmas I hope the cost of the motor made your holidays bright. I only put one cause had to but really they get -10 Stars from our shop its people like you that give good trusting wreckers a bad name

Purchased a transfer case in June from a guy named Jan for an 06 Chevy 2500. Were happy to over charge my credit card on Taxes. Asked them to repay me the amount and after several attempts speaking with the owner who says they will do this I decided to post publicly to share my experience and warn anyone else to not just take them at their word.

Bought a "good condition" Dodge 4 spd auto trans. Took it to Berts Auto in Surrey because they have been doing trans for as long as I can remember (I am 62) They also have great reviews and I have used them for a trans before. I wanted a service (change filter, new seals, flush) from a pro. who knows good and bad right away. They said it needed a rebuild. I contacted Blackpoint who had promised a 3 month warranty and he basically said the trans was good. Asking him what he would do go a "I have 4 calls waiting" and hung up. Before that he said he had been doing this for 26 years. What, ripping off the public?
