Amazing place with a large selection of health supplements and a wonderful lady who runs the place. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. After I bought a few things, she gave me a bottle of RespirActin as I left the store after noticing my chest cold symptoms. I had noticeable and effective relief in minutes!

The creatine I bought here was opened already. The owner was also quite rude and hustled me out of the store while I was looking around and waiting for my bank app to work.

Yes l too had a very rude experience with Conchita..she needs to learn how to listen an learn more when to shut up! I found there prices quite high an when l left to go to the Health food store next door, l found a friendly ,updated woman highly knowledgeable an a book of valued information. I will tell all my friends never to go to Bonnie Doon Health Food store..if any body is Aggressive my Dear ..its absolutely you!

Conchita gives me invaluable advice. I can phone her any time if I have any questions. She gives me ongoing support. Such fantastic products that I can’t find in any other health food stores. I really love this store I always leave with a great product I really like the selection of skin care products and excema care products. There is always something in this store you can't buy anywhere else. I have been coming to Osoyoos for 25 years now and I always pop in to Bonnie's.

I often buy products from this shop but after my latest experience I will never shop there again. I inadvertently bought an item that was missing the plastic protection around the lid. I discovered this when I got home. I went back looking for it to be replaced with a safe item. I was told that it was open and they don’t sell products that are open. No amount of arguing would get the owner to understand. So I’m out $50. No customer service at all.
