I don’t even know where to begin, I had to go very last minute due to a major toothache and they fit me in within the hour and didn’t even call it an emergency appointment! I moved here a year ago and have brutal medical anxiety. I have been avoiding a dentist for as long as I could… until now. These guys are AMAZING! So caring and understanding. The rooms are so comforting, you don’t even feel like you’re in a medical office or building. If you have any medical anxiety or ptsd please see these guys!

I am on a vacation and had a major tooth ache. I called this dentist and they got me right in. Had an X-ray Dr. Scott came in gave me options and I had a tooth extracted. Wow if I was in my hometown this probably wouldn’t have taken place same day. Very impressed. Thank you for the pain relief.

Scott has been my dentist for over 20 years. The entire staff are welcoming, professional and inclusive. I really like how we plan together the best way to care for my teeth in the midst of what my dental plan will accommodate. Scheduling appointments can be done well in advance and changes are accommodated when necessary, however in an emergency there is always a way to get help. Scott gives the best freezing … that is never felt!

I just want to take a moment and give this dental clinic 5 stars. I took my 7 year old daughter here to get a few fillings and she usually gets very scared of needles and stuff like this I was worried to take her to the dentist but she came out of her fillings smiling and happy and saying it didn’t even hurt they are extremely good at what they do especially in how they handle children’s dental work . Thank you guys so much for making my daughters first fillings not something to be worried about or scared of

Absolutely appalled by customer service. I had an emergency abscess tooth extraction about a year ago and I was in a lot of pain. I was told it would take two months to get an appointment for an emergency. The receptionist Karen was very rude to me and had absolutely zero compassion with people who had mouth pain. I was hoping they give my daughter a cleaning, however my daughter isn’t good enough . They threw away my form and I am now banned from here. Disgusted that you treat people like this. As grand forks grows more dental offices will pop up and you can’t get away by treating people that are in pain disrespectfully. I know this comment will be erased because you won’t show your true nature to your favourites. However I’ve heard Karen at certain places in grand forks and she isn’t the most pleasant person when she demands something for herself. Don’t worry I’m glad I’m not giving you any of my time and money. You don’t deserve it. Congratulations to the worst dental I’ve ever encountered. By the way take accountability for your actions. The rude receptionist claiming “if it’s not on my desk I didn’t lose it!” Wow! I never meet anyone claiming to be perfect. I did send in a form to register my daughter and I. I have witnesses. you decided to do something with it. You are very dishonest. I knew something was not right since emergencies having a two month waiting list. I assume you tell people this when you choose not to deal with them. So much for claiming you help anyone in need. I say that’s falsely advertised. The few positive reviews must be the only people you are nice too. It’s sad you’ve treated me like I’m an outsider and I don’t matter . I also am from this area. And how you run your business is very unethical and unprofessional. The staff has a lot of attitude even before any issues come up. A piece of advice to anyone considering this circus. You as a human being can’t have a bad day cause your mouth hurts. Only the staff can be rude to you. You can’t cancel appointments or complain about your mouth. That’s how your treated.
