One of the doctors here (short in stature, with a dismissive attitude) refused to provide an X-ray requisition, insisting my foot wasn’t broken—despite my concerns. It was later confirmed that I did, in fact, have a fracture. He also has a tendency to speak to patients in a condescending and rude manner.

His counterpart on other hand is respectful and thorough. Mad respect to him.

Dr Ip is spineless just like the rest of the foriegn doctors in british columbia they donmt give a s about Canadians and dr tang is incredibly rude the only good thing about this clinic is the lady who answers the phone!!! Garbage!!!

Dr. Tsang very rude and disrespectful. Some people can't get into their family doctors so they come here to get help. He yelled at my husband for coming there and not going to his family doctor. Angry and rude doctor find a different job of you can't help people.

I would have given the clinic zero stars if I could! The staff and doctors were terrible—they made me wait over 40 minutes in the room despite having an appointment. When the doctor finally arrived, he barely glanced at my reports and just told me to get blood tests, something they could have mentioned when I called two days ago. The staff insisted that the doctor needed to see me in person, but he spent less than a minute with me! It’s absurd for a healthcare professional to not even take the time to discuss a patient’s concerns. What’s the point of a visit if you get no explanations or clarity?

I called and the receptionist was very pleasant and booked me in for later that day. I went straight in and saw dr tang who was very experienced and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my daughter quickly and accurately and we left in and out within 10 min with a a prescription

Called in this morning for ringworm on my neck. The receptionist told me that they are no more a walk-in clinic, and it's all by phone appointment first, she booked me a phone appointment and wants me to send them a photo, which I did. After waited for several hours, the doctor did called me. After spoken to the doctor, he gave me the time and date to come-in for him to look at at. I do have a family doctor, but sometimes its hard to get an appointment. Actually, my friend recommended this clinic to me. He said the staff were friendly and helpful.

I am so impressed with the quality of service that they provided.
