Cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was in a pinch with a deadline very quickly approaching. From the initial call with Thomas, he instantly wanted to help. Carla was very helpful and friendly along the way as well as any other staff member I encountered. I had an appointment right away as well as booked in for repair with two days to spare. My car looks brand new again, the quality of work is phenomenal. The level of customer service from the Crew at Boyd is top notch! 🥇

After my accident, I called around to see what shops were available. Not only was Boyd the most available (2 weeks for appointment and then 2 weeks later to drop it off) ….but it was a super fast turnaround (3 days for my quarter panel repair) with quality work. The enterprise car rental desk inside Boyd was also very helpful to make getting in and out easy!.A nice plus was that they cleaned my carpets (shampooed think) it was great because it was unexpected!! No complaints whatsoever and the staff were nice. Thanks gang!

Not impressed with the booking service. I called and told them that I needed my window fixed. They booked me an appointment for a week and a half away. I took off work for the appointment. Immediately when I arrive they say that they don’t do glass work. The people who answer phones should confirm ahead of time the reason for the appointment if they don’t do glass that is confusingly in their brand name.

Boyd Auto body in Langford are truly professionals. Japanese imported cars typically don't get worked on by auto body shops due to the difficulties of ordering parts, but after many phone calls, Boyd Auto body (Langford) was the only group willing to assess the damage before rejecting the repair. My car is now fixed and I couldn't be happier.

Amazing service - called Monday, Thomas looked at my car that afternoon and ordered part. By Friday my car mirror had been replaced and repainted ready for long weekend. Thank you so much !! Also, it’s so nice that Carla is so lovely at the front desk !!

Well..I am totally shocked.
I took my car in for repair of a dented fender and scrapes from a minor incident at 10:30 Wednesday morning.
My phone rang at 10:30 Friday morning...Carla informed me my car was ready to be picked up.
I was not expecting it back for 10 days.
Wonderful service..awesome customer relations and very professional staff.

I really appreciate everyone in Boyd for all of their hard work in fixing my car. All of the other shops told me a 2~3 months wait for an estimate. Boyd told me to come in next week for an estimate. Once that's done, we made an appointment two weeks later, dropped the vehicle, and got it all done in 3 days.

Not only did they fix my car, they also cleaned my car inside and out. Thank you again!
