This is my first time contacting the clinic. I was told to send my requisition on email. After notifying the receptionist that my home phone number was listed on requisition, and it would be best for the to contact my cell number. I advised her I would note my cell number in the email. She told me they won't see it because they receive emails over fax. So I asked her if I don't receive their call back, will I have to go to another clinic? She then followed by saying she will contact me on the number on my requisition.... I guess they don't want to get paid for my Healthcare services.

Staff were friendly helpful and informative. Technicians were very sweet people. They did their best to accommodate my Xrays exams before my ultrasound appointment. If you need walk in Xrays plan at least 2 hours before you ultrasound appointment or right after works too. Just be patient when visiting, it's first come first serve. Don't go on a day you don't have much time.

Front desk staff was wearing a hat, slouched down in her chair like she’s playing video games, starting at the screen, very disinterested in what she’s doing. She ignored me until the gentleman behind the desk tapped her and said I was waiting. I stood there for about 5 minutes. Then when I checked in for an ultrasound and xray she failed to check me in for the xray so I had to wait in the queue again after my ultrasound. She asked to see my health card but didn’t even look at it. It’s as if she just asked so people heard her attempting to do her job properly. The ultrasound technician was lovely though! The one star goes to her.

Disgraceful and Unacceptable Service - Should Be Shut Down!

I have never had a worse experience in a medical facility than at Brantford Radiology Group - Shellington Imaging. This place is a complete disgrace. I walked in expecting a routine appointment, but the level of incompetence and outright disrespect from the staff forced me to walk right back out.

The technician—a Black woman who seemed completely out of her depth—was shockingly rude and had the most careless attitude I’ve ever encountered in healthcare. She couldn’t have cared less about her job, looked annoyed to even be there, and acted as if she was doing me a favor just by existing. This woman’s attitude alone is reason enough to avoid this place, and from what I see on Google Reviews, my experience with her wasn’t an isolated incident. Other reviews have repeatedly called out her unprofessionalism, and it's obvious why this place is sitting at a 2-star rating.

The entire staff seemed clueless, wandering around with no idea of what they were doing, almost as if they were guessing their way through the day. It’s embarrassing that a medical establishment would allow this level of incompetence. You’d think management would be alarmed by the terrible reviews, but the place is still running like they don’t give a damn. It’s filthy, disorganized, and a complete waste of time for anyone needing proper care.

This place should be shut down. If the people in charge actually cared about patients or quality service, they’d have replaced the staff by now. I’ve never felt so dismissed, disrespected, and disgusted in a medical environment. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place is a total disgrace

The staff in the office change appointments without notifying patients. They then charge $90 for missed appointments. When you request for a manager to call, no action is taken. I waited 7 days for a call from a manager, with no response before I drove to this location and requested a manager. The front staff went and spoke to someone, then walked the halls, and then came and told me manager was not in the office, yet his office curtain closed after she left. The front staff is not friendly either. They advised me that the appointment was changed 5 days prior to the appointment and no one called to notify the change in time. I do not recommend using Brantford Radiology.

Very quick service, I came in for X-rays and got everything done in less than 10 minutes. Technician was very sweet and so was reception staff specially the one sitting in the centre.

Someone isn't doing their job properly....I made an appointment for an exam here at 12:40pm, only to find out and be told as I walk in that my appointment was 40 minutes before. They told me 12:40pm when I made the appointment with them, and they told me 12:40pm in one of their appointment reminder messages they left for me. So I had to reschedule and be sent to a different clinic that I'm not gonna appreciate driving to.

On a good note, the staff was friendly and sort of accommodated my needs, but there shouldn't have been a time screw-up.

Awful customer service! Nobody wants to answer the phone calls. I'm always on hold! OR when I call back they'll put you on hold and never answer. I called 5x, the same girl picks up and doesn't give you time to speak and puts you on hold right away! The voicemail is usually full too.
I never leave a bad review but this really ticked me off! Too bad because I really liked the Ultrasound Technician on my first visit a while back.
