My past and recent experience has been excellent from the time I walk into the doors with the office team as well as with Dr. Smallwood . My concerns have been addressed in a proficient manner and very quickly. I’ve even had an appointment booked on a weekend for the following week using the portal booking tool. Can’t ask for a better way of communication and so prompt Kudos to everyone and thank you for your hard work and dedication .. 😀T Langley

The doctors that I’ve seen have all been great. Been seeing doctor smallwood for 9 years now and could not ask for a better physician. The front desk since they’ve moved from Main Street on the other hand…talk about rude! Grateful for doctor, could do without the unprofessional and unkind front desk. Disappointed to say the least. I’ll be filling a complaint.

Ever since my doctor moved here from the Mainstreet Clinic I haven't been able to get an appointment, or if I do their office cancels it last minute. Wish there were more doctors in town so they are motivated to provide better service.

I have always had excellent help and attention from all staff at Bridgeside. The pandemic has made everything a challenge but appreciate they have taken care of my requests. I do not usually do reviews, but the complainers are often the ones that do.

Never had any issues here. Always get in and out of my appointments easily and love Dr De Witt! Online booking has made the process very convenient.

Good luck ever reaching them on the phone. The doctors are good. It's the front end that is brutal. I work out of town so it's impossible for me to come in and book an appt which is what they always tell me to do.

horrible customer service. Will never go here or recommend them to anyone. They do not care at all about patients and they seem to not have any humanity or compassion. Worst experience at any walk-in or doctors office.
