Megan is a fantastic physiotherapist. It is very clear in sessions how knowledgeable she is about the body but where she really shines as a practitioner is in how she passes the information down in a way that reasonably meets the patient. I highly recommend you see her for all stages of life and injury.

I can't recommend Jenna enough as an acupuncturist. From the moment I walked into her practice, she made me feel completely comfortable and included. I had such a great experience today with Meggan for physio! I truly felt like she looked at my concerns from every angle and gave me lots to go home and reflect on. I felt so seen and validated and Meggan has such a warm and gentle presence which I appreciate as someone who can often feel overwhelmed in healthcare spaces.

This place is amazing! The people are very friendly and experienced and truly care about their clients. Dr. Brix and everyone I have been to have been stellar. From the front desk, to a massage or chiro (from what I’ve tried) the experience is truly personalized and professional but also super chill and relaxing. I couldn’t recommend this place more, book yourself in!! They have a great online booking site and they are super available time wise. Grateful to have this place 🙂 I mean it can’t get much better…

First time going to Brix Wellness in Royal oak and Meggan was lovely to work with. She made me feel extremely comfortable during my entire visit and was very knowledgeable! I will definitely be going back to see her.

All the practitioners at this lovely practice are incredibly thorough, kind, and professional. Christian is so personable and my 12 yr old gets so excited to go see him. He explains what he’s doing and why, and checks in often to make sure my kiddo knows that they are centred, and can stop or pause at any time for questions. Bri is also a wonderful chiropractor (who I myself see) and both work from a place of supporting health and wellness and meeting people where they are at.
Meggan (physio) is so practical and has a wealth of knowledge. She really centres the client in finding what works for them without judgment or pressure to follow her instructions perfectly. I have also seen Carlene for cupping which was great too.
Every practitioner I have seen at Brix has such intentional presence, i can tell how much they value their work and clients. Consent is integral to every part of care I’ve received here. Id also feel very comfortable speaking up if I didn’t like something, and I know I would be taken seriously and heard.
Last but absolutely not least, Emily obviously holds things together here, and my day gets better as soon as I see her at the front desk, always taking time to chat for a minute despite how busy she is.

Jenna is an incredibly skilled acupuncture practitioner. She makes you feel safe and taken care of, listens to your focus and provides such a well rounded treatment. I would trust her with anything.
