I've always had a great experience here. The front desk staff have an excellent knowledge of their products and are quick and efficient. They're my "go to" spot when needing any sort of cleaning supplies.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However they gave me some very bad advice regarding an ozone generator that I rented from them. They advised that it was safe to be in the house while the generator was running...this is not true. Ozone can damage your lungs at high concentrations. Thankfully I had done my research ahead of time and knew better.
On top of that the generator had a broken timer switch. So instead of automatically shutting off it just kept running...I pointed this out to them when I returned it and they said they knew it was broken but forgot to warn me when I picked it up the day before. This is literally the main safety feature on the piece of equipment and they rented it out knowing it was broken.
