Kate from the Courtenay store was great!

She made the whole spa-buying process simple and easy.

When questions/concerns were raised, she went above and beyond. We had some questions initially (first time spa buyers) and she came and completed a site visit the same day(within an hour!) to ensure everything was working and we were happy with our new spa.

Also, she has made the spa treatment and balancing a breeze and is genuinely happy to answer any and all water-balancing questions!

Would strongly recommend to anyone!

Brennan from Calais was fantastic! He came to our home and I was in a business meeting. Our dogs were outside and he was able to make his way in and had our hot tub up and running before I could come to say hello. He followed up with a call to explain what had happened and how he fixed it. No parts needed! I would highly recommend Brennan and Calais spas for your next hot tub repair.

DISHONEST AND RUDE. the employees here are terrible the last year. Not sure if there was an owner change but find a different hottub place to give your business to.

Checked google and it says you are open 9-5 on Saturday. On the door it says 9-5, so why are you locked up? No way to do business.

Bought my hot tub off them recently, and I absolutely love it. had been to several other hot tub stores and none could provide a hot tub within 6-12 months. Everything on back order. Calais Leisure Scapes had the hot tub I wanted in the store within two weeks of purchase.
The delivery guys were fantastic and had quite a task getting it into the back yard and did amazing.
Had several delays while waiting for the hot tub pad to arrive and the business was very accommodating with the constant rescheduling for delivery.

We have been more than happy with Calais. We dealt with them out of their Nanaimo Store for our Hot tub and were extremely happy. We recently moved to a new home with an inground pool and initially contacted the original installer for service and information but got no reply. We contacted Calais and within days Gary was at our place with an incredible amount of helpful info and advice as well as being patient with our questions as new pool owners. Cathe the manager is awesome, she is really knowledgeable, and always friendly. I look forward to getting the water tested just to visit with her. You can't go wrong by deciding to go with Calais.
