I have been undergoing electrolysis at Calida since August of last year and am very happy with the progress we have made. There is a significant, permanent reduction of hair in the treated areas. Chantal is a lovely individual who truly wants the best for her clients; she works diligently and goes the extra mile, has a wonderful manner and is very conscious of the vulnerability one puts themself in when submitting to this nature of treatment. Nothing but great things to say about Chantal! I’m almost done with my electrolysis treatments and the results have been amazing. In the past I had done tons of laser treatments with zero results. Chantal has set up a lovely, clean and comfortable treatment room. She's talented and knowledgeable about the techniques, options and effects of the electrolysis treatment. I've been very pleased with my results, and love relaxing while Chantal does her work. I have actually fallen asleep (snoring and all) while she has treated my hairy spots; she's sure-handed with the needle and uses modern machines, paired professionally to to type of hair and body location to be treated. I absolutely do recommend her for your unwanted hair needs!!

Chantal is a fabulous person very knowledgeable and professional. The environment is very clean and calming which I was very grateful for as I was very nervous to go in the first place. The treatments worked so well to free me from unwanted hair that for years caused me to suffer from low self confidence. I had tried many other things in the past with no permanent results and wish I had found her sooner!! Her rates are very reasonable and she always has time to fit you in with an appointment that works for you! I am forever grateful to Chantal and her work has literally changed my life. Going to electrolysis has been one of the best decisions I made for hair removal. Chantal was very helpful in explaining the process to me a few years ago and with some dedication and not tweezing :), I now have minimal issues with unwanted hair and have to go back maybe every 6 months for one or two! It was a long term solution that worked fabulously.
Chantal is flexible, professional, kind, and above all, is excellent at making this process painless and long term.
