Can't get ahold of anyone to cancel. Customer service has you on hold for over 2 and a half hours. Twice now I've tried and haven't had success with speaking with anyone. This company looks like they are just scamming people for water services or they are going under as a business and refusing to help with canceling there service.. probably the most frustrating company to deal with

Hard to give a review - as there is no longer walk in service available (as of May 2 2025). Client service would dictate that info should have been added to Google maps to save us all a trip. Now what to do with these two 5 gallon jugs of theirs

seems 50% of the time I end up going there to exchange my empty bottles for new ones it seems your closed with no warning or updates online that your closed just went there only to find out that walk in services are closed till May 2 but still says your open online that is false advertising.

Update 2025: I'm not sure that anyone works at this company. I've spent over 2 hours on hold with them and never got to speak to anyone. They just randomly cancelled our deliveries for no reason but of course you can never speak to anyone that works there to rectify it. Don't even get me started on their hold music that is basically torture. Avoid at all costs!

Previous: I've had good and bad service from this company, it's never consistent - if it was always bad I would have switched companies but not many offer Keurig machines and k-cups. The local Victoria dispatch is mostly useless, it's like they don't care or have a very high staff turnover so it's like no one knows what they're doing over there 90% of the time. The only person I would commend is Jeromy, he's been our saving grace and the only reason I haven't switched our services. Overall, if you don't need Keurig items, go elsewhere for your water.

Probably the most incompetent company in history.

Stopped delivering water after multiple requests for delivery, yet continued to bill us for new water we never received. We called their
1-877 number 7 times to have the account billing stopped as we eventually had to hire a competitor, and to have their empty bottles picked up after being in storage for months. Reassurance after reassurance and no one came to pick anything up and the bills continued!!. Finally 3 months later we get someone on the phone who cares and they schedule pickup for the next day.
Well guess what? They delivered 4 bottles of water and took NO empties away!! It's now another month later and I have $148 bill for NOTHING except 4 bottles last month we never ordered that they refuse to pick up!.
And of course no record of ANY conversation in their system.
Thank goodness for emails as I have proof of that conversation.

Go with ANY OTHER water company.. These guys are a scam and a complete mess.

I am “ supposed to be“ A new customer I set up by phone a week ago and was told my delivery would be on Monday. They no showed I called Tuesday morning and was absolutely promised that I would have it by 5 o’clock on Tuesday equipment and water bottles Tuesday they no showed! I called again Wednesday I was told it might be there Thursday, so a full week later. Of course they had no problem taking my money instantly, when I set up. Phone agent girl this morning was super rude. Stated she wasn’t going to do anything except maybe get it here in two more days….. MAYBE. no compensation no communication saying they weren’t going to show up, however the phone agent yesterday, said they should be emailing. So again a customer service failure!! If I look online my UPDATE: delivery is still days away! awful awful customer service no way to contact the direct office which is only blocks away from the delivery. Eastern office so west coast can’t contact anyone after 3:30!

I ended up canceling my account. Two more missed deliveries and then I got a call saying they were out of water and would be a few more days. No offer to deliver different type of water. Nothing. How does a WATER company run out of Water!! “Deposit to be returned in 24hrs”… that was 5 days ago no refund yet.

Don't even want to give this a 1 star. Been getting my water here since this location opened. Long story short I moved canceled my account and now can't get my bottle deposit back? Having had to go to the grocery store many times because you have to have your cell phone to gain access I know there is a deposit. Deciding not to use bottle water after all the inconvenience and my water dispenser breaking I went to return my empty jug to find out I can't get my deposit back.

Our delivery driver, Jason, went above and beyond for us today and we were so grateful to him for being proactive. He saw that a requested delivery had been pushed forward to a week later, and he took the initiative and came by with the needed items while he was out on his run. Our experiences with Canadian Springs have always been wonderful, and we look forward to many more years of great service!
