I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The CanSleep team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring I received the highest quality of care.

I highly recommend this company. I’ve purchased a machine and multiple masks from them over the past 8 years, and the support has been exceptional. Alan, in particular, has been incredibly patient in helping me review my data and always offers the best suggestions. There is one thing they could improve now. Before the pandemic, the free trials were a fantastic feature that allowed me to make informed decisions. I hope CanSleep can bring back this option, as it’s challenging to make the best choice without the opportunity to try products at home.

Most disorganized business I had the misfortune of dealing with. Arrived at coquitlam location just before 11:00am to find a deserted front counter. 11:30 a representative come out from an office and helped a guy there before me and took him to an exam room. While I tried to make eye contact which didnt work and I would have expected her to come back to the front to help me or at lwast say I will have someone come assist. I assumed wrong and she went into exam room and closed the door. Waited another 10-15min and 2 more ladies surfaced from a room in the back presumably on coffee break or something and acknowledged my being there. Supposed to have some equipment ready for my wife and was told I would need to wait as it was not ready for me because she was supposed to be there the previous day ( correct) but my wife called and rescheduled for the Wednesday. Long story short I left without the equipment because i didnt have an extra 1/2 hour to give them for their incompetence. This place needs to understand that customers time is just as valuable as their own. At least put a sign up if noone is attending the front desk stating a time of return or a number to call would be the respectful way to handle inconvenienced customers. TWO THUMBS WAY DOWN. Been a customer for 20 good years and recently returned. Had a horrible disorganized experience. Three phone calls, three visits and still no further ahead. Three different answers from different people on what Blue Cross needs as a benefit provider - I’ve now called Blue Cross directly and am looking for a different service provider in the neighborhood.

Knowledgeable staff. Roxanne was very helpful and kind. I’ve been using their products and services since 2017.

Mr. Xavier, who works as a receptionist in Can Sleep Services in 101 - 2963 Glen Drive Coquitlam, is very polite, helpful, friendly, and kind that my wife and I liked him so much and could be considered as a person of great personality to represent the company. Many thanks for him and you as a company to employee such person.

Very unorganised/unprofessional office!!! My Mom went there to follow up, they lost her record and when i called to see what happened, the receptionist talked to me so bad and hung up on me!!!! She had no idea that my Mom had an appointment there not long ago. This place is going down with a bad service and awful customer service. We would not go back to them any more. Will make a trip to burnaby can sleep where they treat my Mom like Gold and cleaned up coquitlam office big mess! I would give them zero star if i could.
