I expected more from a rock shop. They had what looked like a great selection for jewelry making but the rock selection was a little lack luster. They had a tumble bucket of rocks but not listed what was in there and multiple hardnesses of the rocks that shouldn't be tumbled together. Their 60/90 grit was most definitely not a 60/90 which my guess is was a mislabeled box from where ever they get it from. Prices were not marked on the tumbling grit and it was hard to get an employees attention. They were very nice people I just expected better from a place with rock in the title. I did buy 35/70 grit from there and it's great. I included a photo of 60/90 grit I bought else where next to the 35/70 from them.

The people that run the store are amazing. Always nice conversations with them today. I was in there buying beads crystal beads. The nice thing is this every time I come in they have more stuff. I’m happy for the new location they have some brand new tools for doing lapidary

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Sarah is so knowledgeable and helpful and gave me advice on the proper tools and materials I needed. She was also very patient while I picked out (many) stones. The prices are also amazing!!! The cherry on top is that my car battery died while parked outside and the lovely staff helped me jumpstart my car. I will definitely be back!

These guys are so knowledgeable! Chris answers all the questions ive called and asked and Gabriel is the man in shipping. Just ordered my bulk grit and was very okay with the flat rate for shipping but they refinded me the difference when they actually shipped my product. Fantastic customer service. These guys ROCK 🪨 🤘

Another edit! I didn't see what I wanted on the website, so I called and once again, I spoke to Chris. Got exactly what I wanted and I was notified the very same day by Canada Post that Chris had already put my item in the mail. If you don't see it on the website, call and speak to Chris. Love this place. Have ordered again and after speaking to Chris, will be investing in another tumbler. I am a newbie at tumbling and called for some advice. I was steered in the right direction. One of the best businesses that I have ever dealt with.
I live in New Brunswick and found them online. I ordered a tumbler and some grit. The order got here quickly and was well packaged. Glad that I found them and will likely be ordering again and again .... and I love the heart shaped bubble wrap!
