Just had a private wig consultation with Sheila their wig specialist yesterday…she’s so attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. She has a way of finding styles and colours that will compliment you and make you feel beautiful! I also had treatments for thinning hair with Kara (Certified Trichologist and owner) who is a scalp and hair specialist. She is very caring, but professional and explained in detail what she saw when she scoped my scalp. She gave me some treatments in a private relaxing room and then recommended some shampoo and serum that has helped me greatly. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Capilia Victoria.

When my daughter suffered from Alopecia, the Capilia staff and everyone involved with her journey were very sympathetic, kind, extremely helpful and very professional. Kara provided us with so much anxiety relief without even knowing it. She gave us so much compassion, encouragement and empathy and was very knowledgeable regarding the condition. Since losing my hair to change many years ago I’ve tired absolutely everything to be happy with a hair piece. I was so thrilled when I met these ladies and made miracles happen. I have the most gorgeous hair piece that I’ve never been so happy with. I’ve never had better costumer service when I first started out as a client and now I feel like I have gained many great friendships. Love this place and all the work they have done. They were very helpful in suggesting all sorts of options for me through the years. I work in retail where I see a lot of people and I am constantly getting compliments on my hair, little do they know it’s now my actual hair. Love love love this place. Could never have been so happy!

When my 37 year marriage ended, I experienced severe thinning of my hair, just so that I could feel extra badly. By chance, a hairdresser mentioned Capilia . I went and Kara took care of me. She had a look at my head and said : there are always options. It felt so good to learn that. She has taken such good care of me for two years now and while my hair growth/health is now something I must always pay attention to, coming to see Kara at Capilia is like coming home.
