Worst ever. Avoid it !!
It is the most expansive, doctor have barely spend 2 mins with me, was wrong on my throat and gave me the wrong medicine without running a test for my throat.
200$ for nothing, Care Point Medical center, should be ashamed.

Health shouldn't be a business.

Pire experience, c'est cher, longue attente, docteur pressé qui ne prend pas le temps de bien faire son travail et prescrit les mauvais médicaments sans faire de test au préalable pour une infection de la gorge.

Do not book with Dr Bhatt! They will cancel your appointment to prioritize other patients because they feel like it. I've had an appointment booked for over a week and have just been told it's cancelled because they want to see someone else. Highly unprofessional!

This place is no longer a walk in clinic. To any staff members who may be reading this please do whatever it is that needs to be done to update yourselfs on online searches so you no longer are offered as an option when “walk in clinic” is used as the search criteria. I know it may not seem like a big deal but the be if it’s to you and the public would be that you could stop wasting the time of the people working at the front, who are probably swamped with other duties, and the time of the public who call in and then are out on hold only to be told you are no longer walk in. At the least get your staff to please have alternative options available for those calling in instead of basically “ ya sorry , bye”

It’s impossible to diagnose any chronic conditions within 15 mins of consultation. The doctors treat the illness with an outside-in approach, (which is what western medicals are about), meanwhile completely ignoring patients’ feeling and the causes of the illness, which patients live with and feel 24/7 for many months or even years.

Not listening to patients, and be a good consultant, instead of imposing an outward-in diagnosis, is a modern arrogance. Unfortunately many Canadian doctors are trained this way, and feel threatened for patients to have different views and even curiosity. Our body is a complex intertwined organism, to simply view and treat the symptoms is only the start of the healing process.

Lastly patients’ feeling and observations should be considered legit and valid. As without patients’ involvement, nothing else exists. Unfortunately current medical system deprives individuals of our inner healing power, instead of encouraging and empowering it. A real doctor acknowledges the patients’ internal strength to seek healing and wellness, not diminishes it.

(Also a lot of the prescriptions are given to cure the symptoms, for example pain killers, as they believe if you don’t feel the pain, you are healed. But the causes were never found, could be hundreds of different causes. That leaves patients disconnected with their feelings, which makes a full healing even more difficult.)

(There are merits to the modern medical equipment, machines and technology, which is another story that is not needed to be discussed here.)

Terrible communication and lack of care for patients. Called to book an appointment because I’m extremely sick and they gave me a Friday phone call appointment and an in person appointment 1 week later. I get two calls 20 minutes later when I’m in another appointment but no messages left. I call back 20 minutes later and neither receptionist seems to know why I was called? Then I come to find an email that was sent at 9:30 (I seen it at 2:30 as I went back to sleep after thinking I will get to at least talk to a doctor in two days) saying they’ve cancelled my phone appointment and I need to come in before 12:00 to discuss my concerns. Who would’ve sent that email and not made anyone aware of it Or better yet, called me back after doing a deeper investigation and “speaking to my colleague” as the one lady mentioned. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

If this explicitly isn't trying to be a walk in clinic then my review is wrong. But the website said it offered walk in appointments but the receptionist told me it's only a family practice. This was at 8am with no one waiting too. So they must not ever do walkins

Excellent service! Came here for a same day covid test for travel, spent about 5 min there total.

Was acknowledged by staff when I entered (even though she was busy with calls and other duties), went in for my appointment at approximately the scheduled time, Dr Bhatt was quick and professional.
