Reached 3x out for quotes on machinery from compactors to dumper trucks. (2x email, one time in person).
Never got an answer on my emails nor a call back from when I was there in person. Contact infos off their business cards they gave me.
They seem not to want our business. Well, money spent elsewhere now (approx. $140,000)

CC equipment is an excellent company to deal with. Ross Fairweather has great attitude over the phone and was pleasant to deal with. Transaction went through smoothly. Not a lot of companies out there have the patient when ordering special parts. Thank you again for your professional services.

The "parts department" is pathetic. I inquired about a part for a chipper, it took several days and several call backs to get an answer. I then ordered the part and was told it was due in a week. When it didn't show up I called to find out why. I was then told that the part was discontinued and it's replacement was more expensive so they didn't order it. I don't understand why they couldn't call me and let me know but they didn't. I have them order the correct part and when it shows up they send it to some random address even though I gave them my address more than once. Fortunately I was able to contact the recipient and meet them to pick up my parts.
