I hate having to send this review as the service was impeccable from the start. Installation was done quickly, but one plank of my new vinyl floor needed repairing as it was bent and lifted. So bad my grandson cut his big toe on it. Which by the way had been explained to Joshua. He apologized and said he would send someone out to fix asap. Well it’s been over six months, several requests and several broken promises and still no fix! Very disappointed with the follow up service.

We recently used CDL Carpet & Floor Centre for a vinyl plank installation in a suite at Panorama Ski Resort. Josh and his team were very attentive, gave specific information on pricing and product advantages. They were able to uninstall the wall-to-wall carpet, fix up the under-flooring and install the new vinyl flooring all in a good time frame. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again for sure.

Then we found CDL/Kootenay flooring and the whole process was so easy with excellent, efficient service. We are so grateful.
