EDIT: Regardless of the wait time (which does suck) the care I receive from my doctor is great and in my opinion is worth the wait. Still, bring a book or a game.

My doctor is great but the wait times are inconsistent so bring a book or game with you.
When it's great, it's 5 to 10 minutes.
When it's bad, it can be close to 30 to 60 minutes.
Hopefully as their client base grows they'll be able to fix their booking times.

The reception staff at this clinic are friendly and professional. I only waited 5 minutes to get into an exam room and then no more than 10 minutes to see the doctor on my last two visits. My family doctor is at this clinic, but if she's not available they arrange for me to see another doctor. I appreciate that.

The doctors are honestly fantastic and deserve 5 stars, but trying to see them is like pulling teeth. Reception does not answer the phones and it’s typical to try for 2 days to even get through to someone to book an appointment. Twice I’ve tried to call my doctor about questions with my prescription and am told “no you need to book a new appointment-we don’t have anything for a few weeks”.

UPDATE: Since writing the initial review, the office has updated their phone system and gotten a few more doctors. Their response to the difficulties getting through the phones shows they are actively trying to improve appointment booking, which is appreciated. Doctors are still amazing. I have updated my review to reflect the new changes.

This is not the medical clinic I first started going to 13 years ago. I'm currently having major issues with my right shoulder. I cannot raise my hand above my shoulder and do the basic of things, the pain is extremely intense. After a million trips to this medical office I'm no further ahead than I was in July and August. Since then I've had to stop working and am forced into short term disability. I cannot make a living anymore in the trade I'm trained in. He last three prescriptions don't do a thing for pain. The only thing that'll fix this is a surgical procedure, the Dr hasn't referred me to a surgeon, he has decided to email an Orthopedic surgeon. Why I haven't been referred to a specialist is beyond me. Right now I'm waiting for that information. I've been to the clinic and asked about my family GPs email and response from the Surgeon, first I was told he needs more information and they emailed the surgeons office back, since then I've called the office and messaged them through their website twice. I've left a voicemail as well. I went down
To the office and was told someone would call me back . Never heard a word back, they have two phone numbers for me on file and two email addresses so there is no excuse why they cannot update me. Terrible communication skillsets, poor follow up procedures. This is not an AHS issue it's a medical office issue. Avoid this office

Every time I have an appointment in this clinic I have to wait for at least an hour to be seen.
The management of the clinic should be more mindful of their patients' time. I had to take time off form work, which could have been avoided if I knew I would end up waiting for over an hour in the reception.

Time is the most precious commodity these days, it's not ok to waste people's time. At least call us and tell to come later... time management is non existant here.

UPDATE: apparently the management is really fast to respond to Google reviews trying to damage control. They posted the reply below while I was still in the clinic, being minded by the doctor (after 1.5 hours of waiting) :)))

I wish you could be that fast with resolving the scheduling issue that has been brought up in every Google review here for the past many months. Believe me that would improve the customer reviews significantly...

Anyways, thank you, I will be changing my clinic.

I visited the clinic for immigration purposes, and the experience was excellent. Especially the reception staff was professional, organized, and very helpful in guiding me through the process. Everything was handled efficiently, Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing medical services for immigration.

The medical care I get is great here. It would be 5 stars if it wasn't for how overbooked this place seems. Recently I was mistakenly booked on a National Holiday. They rebooked me without contacting me. I called in to rebook myself today, they said to come in for 2:30. When I came, thankfully they rebooked me.

I feel like part of the issue is they need a larger space for waiting room. Everyone is doing best tgey can but it feels like the lineup of new customers is pressed into the frontline staff, they should have room to breathe and keep more privacy.

All this, but, as I said, the front staff and doctors have been great despite these challenges.

Thank you.
