She enjoyed the activities, made new friends, appreciated the meals and housekeeping supports. All staff were kind, approachable and thoughtful. My father in law has been at Chartwell for a few years now. He is very happy there. We are very happy with how he is treated and all the things they do for him. He is 92 years old in May and was downstairs dancing at one of their get togethers. Absolutely love how the staff treat him and Abby is little dog. Best decision we all ever made was letting him live there. Thank you Chartwell for treating him with love, respect and care.

In December we moved my parents to chartwell and it was an amazing experience every single step of the process. The staff are kind , professional and very helpful ! The meals are delicious and my mom says she feels like she is on a holiday . She loves the caregiver who assists her with a bath and they love the activities- especially the dances. Honestly making a change like this is tough but with the whole team at chartwell helping out they just made it so much easier . 5 stars all the way

Great caring staff, great safe facilities, great operation. Like all families, we were anxious to move our Mom into a supported living environment, but Chartwell has made it so much easier. They give exceptional care and still honour the residents' independence. We are very happy with our choice of Chartwell Renaissance.

Chartwell is a happy place to live in, all the staff are pleasant and professional at the same time. They go the extra mile to cater to our needs, Linda the activities lady is a bundle of energy, nothing is too much trouble, we have had very pleasant experiences on her bus trips. The same professionalism can be attributed to the volunteers who are also hard working and very good at making sure we are looked after. Toni is an excellent manager who makes Chartwell feel like home, not an institution. The Dining room is run like a high class restaurant and Robert has developed a very good menu and if you don,t care for the fare of the day you can always order something else. Al is without a doubt the best maintenance manager we have encountered, most of the time problems are solved the same day, he is always pleasant.

I interact with Chartwell Kamloops Retirement Residence as a pharmacist providing flu and COVID-19 immunizations. The staff are incredibly caring and professional. The residents are treated with kindness and dignity and the feedback I received from residents is that they enjoy living there. The planned activities look fun. We were served lunch and it was excellent!
