W had an appointment with Chartwells to see their suites Lori explained everything when things were due how the meal times work and the ins and outs of the building. The interview was very professional and open for any questions we had. We decided to become a member of this community mainly due to the friendly atmosphere and the feeling that we had found our home. I think we are going to be really happy there and I will post another review a couple of months after we have lived there. If your looking for a friendly, easy going, feels like you want your home to be atmosphere you need to check out Chartwells at ridgepointe you will not be disappointed it’s everything and more you would expect to live out your days. It feels safe and certainly wonderfully maintained.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Chartwell Ridgepointe on several occasions these past couple of years, and I'm so very impressed with the positive atmosphere that radiates throughout the building. You can tell that the staff enjoy their work, you can tell that the residents enjoy their home. It truly is a welcoming place for all ages. Not only does it have a positive environment, the facilities and amenities are top notch!

My wife and I are new residences of Chartwell Ridgepointe and can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is. The accommodations are beautiful and well appointed. We've made many new friends and there are numerous activities to keep us busy. We researched many similar places before selecting this one and it hasn't disappointed!

I had the pleasure of visiting the facility as a home care service provider. The manager, Jordan, along with retirement living consultants Kathy and Lorie, are very welcoming and supportive. They genuinely care for their residents and strive to provide the best living experience by offering various resources and keeping them engaged in different activities. It is a beautiful facility with a very caring staff, and I recommend it to everyone.

They gave up all the visitor parking so there is now zero. Friends and family can't visit you because there is also no nearby parking unless you park somewhere else in the residential neighbourhood and walk up the hill.

My husband myself and our son was given a tour of the Chartwell Ridgepointe yesterday. I would like to say what a wonderful job Lori Kininmont did showings us the around and answering all our questions. She also gave us a lunch. The staff did a wonderful job and were so pleasant. Chartwell Ridgepointe Retirement Residence is fantastic facility. Whenever I visit my father, he always has a big smile on his face and without prompting, always tells me how happy he is living at Ridgepointe. He has developed long lasting friendships with the other residents as well as the extremely professional staff. The facility is immaculate and the daily activities are varied and entertaining. The food/menu is well thought out and is first rate. The staff are inviting, welcoming and filled with joy - they seem to really like their jobs!!! We have had a very positive experience with Ridgepointe and therefore, I highly recommend the residence.

My mother in-law lives at Chartwell Ridgepointe and my wife and I are very involved in her care. We visit several times a week. The team of staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to enrich the lives of the residents. Chartwell Ridgepointe offers quality surroundings, a welcoming atmosphere and we find staff to be very friendly and approachable. My wife and I say to staff "keep a suite for us as we know where we want to be in future".
