Beautiful state of the art facility let down by there being nobody on duty interested in providing actual health care. Of the three receptionists in duty one of them turned out to be a nurse who after spending two full hours chatting with the other two finally came to see me. After much note taking and repeated confirmations of my name etc she finally contacted a virtual doctor who had several appointments avsilable however by the time she sent over my notes there were no appointments left. Complete waste of time for me and a waste of tax payers money even opening it on a Sunday.

Kimberley Andreassen, MN-NP, is a true gem! Kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. She helped me through a really tough period in my life and I cannot express enough thanks for the kindness she showed me. Highly recommend more primary care clinics for the personalized service they provide and I strongly advocate for more NPs because they can fill that gap for regular healthcare so many of us need. The Chilliwack primary care clinic is also quite lovely. It's a new building and I love the artwork & design throughout.

I cannot express my gratitude for the services offered here. Not only do I get to see a great Nurse Practioner, Kim Andreasen for the typical medical issues I face but get access to other resources offered thru the clinic. I hope anyone out there needing health care services is able to get the care I have received from Chilliwack Primary Care.

I am, and continue to be, truly shocked at the level of care I have received at the Primary Care Clinic. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The nurse practitioner/doctor staff are supportive and actually willing to meet with you for more than 7 minutes and don't shut you down if you have two things that are interconnected that you need to talk to them about in one appointment. I can honestly say that the quality of care I have received here is better than any I have received from any doctor or specialist ever. Sometimes the phone lines are a bit busy, but most doctors I have seen in the past required 35+ calls in order to just reach reception, and then have them tell me I would need to wait upwards of 8 weeks for a 3-minute phone call. Wait times are surprisingly reasonable, and the level of detail covered in appointments to make sure that nothing is missed is amazing. I wish everyone in Canada had medical care of this quality.

Try to call on my breaks to make an appointment, but they were closed or not answering phones on a non-holiday Monday. Supposed to be answering phones after 1pm, but no answer after trying 5 tines since 1:05. Had a phone appointment with an NP and they never called.
