When I explained my situation, they made a smart recommendation about the type of equipment I needed (a knee scooter rather than a walker, and they were right). When it turned out I needed a knee scooter with stronger brakes for outdoor use, they made the switch within a day. It was easy to work with them to have the scooter dropped off and picked up. I hope I don’t need to work with them again, but I would do it happily if the occasion arose.
