Absolute disgrace!. But unfortunately Prince Rupert doesn't have any other choices.

Even with the bad service, they make sure we pay big bucks to receive the service.

No fiber optics, therefore no fast internet to certain parts of Prince Rupert, but will definitely get a part of market inflation on the monthly bills.

I am so done!

Considering they are pretty much the only option in this town you'd think they would have some pride and have good connections. But I can't stand how the Internet here is glitchy compared to Shaw or Telus in towns where those companies are allowed. I've never seen a company so proud of glitchy and laggy internet. Also their service is horrible too. Every other ISP I've been with doesn't force us to have a tech come in to plug in a Few wires to get internet hooked up. We are allowed to do that ourselves no tech needed. So also inconvenient.

Channels are shut down "temporarily off air". This is a recurrent problem happening every month, even twice a month. And it could last days!!!! Really poor service.

This is the worst internet provider in North America I constantly have 0.60 mbps upload speed and 2.50 mbps download speed

always something wrong with our tv, wifi, and phone almost every month. Doesn’t help either when they take 3/4 days to get here to fix it 🙄 might be time to switch over to a company that actually cares about their customers. Wouldn’t recommend 0/10 city west 👎

We signed up for internet and phone about four months ago and I have to say I wish we didn't. There have been long outages without any service whatsoever - the last one being over two days. Not very reliable, would not recommend.

I'm a new subscriber to Citywest and so far, my opinion is starting to drop. The live t.v. selection are okay. The speed and range of the internet/Wi-Fi connectivity is better than my last provider. But technical support is not there after hours. Within a month. I have lost service 3 times and had no tech support in the evenings when I loss service. Which fiber optic I should not be losing. It kinda sad qhen you pay for a service and most times you either loss it ot it lag. More tech support is needed
