I needed to replace aging heat pumps in my home and from my first interaction with Climatec to the installation, everything was first-rate. Jan was knowledgeable, thorough, and fully understood my requirements when putting together a proposal. Callum and Brigham were punctual, efficient and professional with the installation - and very patient with my many questions! I especially appreciated their attention to detail with the neatness of the installation, and that they kept my home tidy even though some of the work in my attic was messy. I am thrilled with my new Fujitsu heat pumps and I highly recommend Climatec!

Matt was a pleasure to deal with and totally professional.
I was very impressed with how efficiently he diagnosed and fixed our heat pump. It was late Friday afternoon before a long weekend and he called around and found the part he needed.
I offered to go get the part and he cleaned our unit up the best it’s ever been while I was gone.
I’d give him the whole 25 stars of it was an option.
We’ll definitely be calling you guys in future.

I recently had an issue with my furnace fan that wouldn’t turn off, and it was driving me crazy. After doing some troubleshooting on my own with no luck, I called Climatec Mechanical , and I’m glad I did.

From the very beginning, their customer service was professional and friendly. They scheduled a technician to come out quickly, and the tech arrived on time, which I really appreciated. He diagnosed the problem as a wiring issue and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on.

The technician Cody Curry was great. He fixed the wiring issue quickly and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. Since the repair, my furnace has been running perfectly and the fan shuts off just like it should.

Overall, I’m incredibly happy with the service. They got the job done right the first time, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We recently had a new heat pump installed at 40 Knots Winery and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The new unit is far more efficient than our old system, and the team even calculated the expected energy savings for us — a thoughtful and helpful touch.

Every tradesperson was incredibly fast, neat, tidy, and professional. The installation happened exactly on the day it was booked, with no surprises. The office team was also extremely efficient and made the entire process seamless.

Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for excellent service, top-notch workmanship, and real energy savings!
