I have had the best experience at Clinic 5. I see Kate for my facials and laser hair removal. She is the absolute BEST! she is so warm, friendly and talented in her craft. I trust her completely and have had wonderful results with the services that I have received from her. The clinic is also adorable, clean and I feel safe and cared for.

I recommend Clinic 5 to anyone looking for high quality beauty treatments in the Comox valley! The studio is so warm & welcoming. I recently saw Keegan for an underarm laser hair removal and it was to my suprise so quick and simple! She is very efficient—she made me feel relaxed throughout the process with minimal discomfort. I also saw her for a facial, again- amazing!!! Keegan tailored this treatment to my skins needs and I left feeling rejuvenated with the softest, brightest skin. My experience at Clinic 5 has been nothing short of amazing! I had Diolaze XL laser hair removal and I was amazed with the results. I’ve also had one session of the Vivier peel and the results were great after one session. Kristy is so kind and knowledgeable. If you’re nervous about getting laser you must see her. Kristy instantly made me comfortable and walks you through the entire process, making sure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment. I will definitely keep coming back to try more treatments 😊

Kristie was amazing. I had a a great experience and was very impressed with the process. All of the safety forms were thorough and easy to complete, the clinic was clean, beautiful, and had great design. The laser experience was pain-free and super quick. It was great to meet Kristie and I look forward to going back. They also had some nice products for sale. Thanks for the great visit! I highly recommend this place over any in the Valley.

I would highly recommend Clinic No.5. I have been having laser done for hair removal and been going for treatments for the past 6 months every 8 weeks. I really enjoy the staff, the ambiance and visiting this medi-spa. My next hope is to try some of the facial services they offer. I always enjoy the lovely staff, how I feel at ease about any service I am having and almost always leave with some beautiful goodies to use at home. I look forward to having more services done, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

First, the clinic is BEAUTIFUL. Second, the staff are AMAZING and incredibly KNOWLEDGEABLE. I have had a variety of different procedures done now, and each time I go into the clinic I receive the best of the best service. I am made to feel safe and secure as soon as I walk through the door. The space is beyond clean with very clear and well managed COVID protocols in place. If your searching for a new skin and beauty clinic - search no more.
