I have always received TOP NOTCH care and support from every practitioner at coastal roots. In particular, Dr Jeff and Dr Jennifer truly care a lot about your health and wellbeing and you as a person, and it shows. And Kellie (front desk/ support) is awesome and upbeat and always will try and find you an appointment time that works. Can’t say enough about this group. Been using their services for many, many years.

I'm from out of province and am visiting in Victoria and specifically searched Joe out for a massage based on a previous experience with him. First time user of extended health care and must say that Coastal Roots Health Centre's Barry (Chiro) and Joseph (RMT) have significantly increased my quality of life, a night and day change for the better. Dr. Jeff Gratton, is an amazing, kind and helpful professional. You can tell he really cares about his patients, he never rushes you, and most importantly, he also ALWAYS fixes my pains! I tell everyone they should see him.I can't recommend him highly enough, he's the BEST! I've also seen Bobby Eng for acupuncture and highly recommend him. He takes the time to understand what is going on with you, has great communication skills and let's you know step by step what he is doing, my only regret is that I don't see him often enough (my fault). Dr Jeff is a fantastic Chiropractor. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a practitioner who is professional, trustworthy and kind. I tried a couple places in Victoria when I moved here in 2013 but it wasn't until I found Dr Jeff at Coastal Roots Health in 2014 that I was more that satisfied with the quality of care - which was impressive because I had the most amazing chiropractor back in Melbourne who I knew would be tough to beat! All those I recommend to go see Dr Jeff have nothing but great things to say about is care and the results the get, which is a nice confirmation that you're onto a good thing!

I met Dr. Jeff at at work place wellness expo. I was very limited in movement. After my first treatment I felt like a new person. I actually had periods of being pain free. After every treatment I gain more range of movement and experience longer periods of no pain. I truly appreciate the way he explains the procedures and makes me feel safe. I also appreciates that he doesn't tell me to loose weight, 'cause I got that!!! He has an awesome, and generous upbeat professional manner. The front counter staff are awesome too.
