I bought my CRV here years ago now and it’s starting to creep up in age and kms. I think where this dealership really shines is the commitment to the long term. My kids and I bop around all over the place in this car. It has seen its share of family life. But, every time I leave the service department I know it’s in good shape. When things need replaced or serviced, they catch it. At every oil change they check what the car needs, things I wouldn’t even think to ask. They keep the cars they sell in good shape for a long time. When my kids buy their first cars, this is where we’ll be going.

I did see some bad reviews so maybe they’re not always perfect. But I can say with confidence that if my car was not being serviced properly, it would have blew up a long time ago.

I'm not sure who the lady was that I just spoke with about batteries, but it was a great call. I can tell she both cared, and was professional even when thrown odd requests. We're very pleased so far, if things continue this way, we look forward to a healthy service relationship with them!

Warren, the sales rep was patient and not pushy with the sale of my purchase.
He was helpful with my questions and touched base with me. regularly except a couple of weeks during the Christmas holidays.

Paid for an oil change they claim they did it. It was not over km of needing to be done this is the second time i have cone to this honda for an oil change they are done way too fast. That night my husband checked my oil and it was black as black can be there is no way they changed the oil like they said none!!!!! So i had to have another change done that night to get rid of the black oil because they didnt do a service i paid for! Never going back ever again! Pictures are of my oil the night i got home from getting an oil change at this honda 👏👏👏 my car is brand new this is unacceptable! And if this is the mechanics working for you said they did it they are lying! Check your fluids after going here! I expected better than this from honda especially on a brand new car! I also understand someone needing an oil change saying thats what they want but what happened to checking air filters aswell ya i did those aswell there is no way they checked them or they 100% would have had me change em!
