Did ok on my personal house but not so good on my boss or my in-laws house. My in-laws was just installed yesterday and will be the first picture….not even close guys! Have 15 people laughing at it and haven’t even talked to all my friends tonight ( yeah I’m a loner)
2nd pic is a harder one to catch done at my bosses house over a year ago with a promise to make it correct that never happened. Harder to catch because the only difference is a slight grey colour on one side and a white colour on the right side for the back drop. Maybe one day they will go good on the quality but it hasn’t happened yet and they just continue on multiple job patch shows.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and quality of work done for me by Colonial Countertops. The wonderful ladies in the office guided me gently out of a mess I was left by not one, but 2 contractors and did their best to help keep costs down. Tim, the installer, continued to dig me out of the same mess and went above and beyond to get countertops that fit perfectly. I love my beautiful new countertops. I should have just gone to Colonial in the first place! You should too!!! 🥰

Was recommended to them from a AAA carpenter,so I expected AAA service & quality. Took 3wks longer than promised & once getting it home & installing it, found that the end caps weren't really glued well. Had to diy it myself. Not overly impressed but happy with the end product.

Anytime I ever need countertop again in the future, I will ONLY be calling Susan at Colonial Countertops in Courtenay.
Period.

Living 3 hours away and choosing countertop sight-unseen meant for a HUGE amount of back and forth . . . advice, photos of samples, fine details on colors, textures, installation advice etc. Susan went above and beyond EVERY step of the way and made the whole detailed process seamless and super efficient.

I am also sooooooo impressed with the finished product, the quality of construction and the heavy duty packaging for shipping!!! If only I lived closer and could have taken advantage of installation by Colonial as well!

If you're on the Island, buy from Colonial at the Courtenay location!! Hands down. Don't go anywhere else. 6 stars from me!

We recently had Colonial Countertops install new counters in our two bathrooms, and the entire experience was fantastic. Everyone on the team was easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The installers were careful and efficient, ensuring everything was done to perfection.

From design to installation, every step was smooth and stress-free. The whole team was terrific, and we're absolutely thrilled with the end results. Our new bathroom counters look amazing—thank you, Colonial Countertops, for such excellent work!

My 1994 kitchen with black laminate counter tops were in desperate need of replacement. I visited Colonial to select a Quartz top. But staff wasn't helpful in selecting colour. So I asked for my quote to be oak butcher block. My kitchen has oak drawers and cabinet doors and there is unpainted wood trim around my door and corner windows.
I will never know the difference in price between the Quartz and the oak. I proceeded with the oak counter top quote.
I waited a couple of months before posting this review. I wanted to see how well I could maintain 'the new wood look' and to get a range of opinions other than my own.
First, there are only complements to the look. It's wood. It's warm and inviting and it never goes out of style. An easy to apply sealant is all that is needed to refresh.
Second, my complements to Colonial for a quality product, And
Third. my complements to the pride taken and the quality of workmanship doing the installation.
Don't hesitate using Colonial and if you choose wood, there will be no regrets.
