This place is my saving grace! I cannot count the many times Dr Liz and Dr Jordan have saved me from my neck pain and headaches. They are the absolute best duo. I am always able to get in, even last minute. I also recommend Kaho for her RMT, she is awesome!

I went to a chiropractor years ago and wasn’t impressed, but after having upper back pain i thought I’d give it a try with Back to Back, and I can honestly say it was a great decision. DR Jordan is fantastic after just seeing him once I felt 1000% better. He gets to the issue, listens to you, and really does a fantastic job I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr Jordan and looking forward to my next visit.

Back 2 Back has great practitioners and employees but I want to give an additional shout out to Dr. Kyle (naturopathic doctor) who’s calm, knowledgeable and empathetic approach helped me get a handle on my journey to better health. Samantha (RMT) hurts me every time I go in ha ha but the results are fantastic and she’s amazing 🤩. Last but not least is Dr.Julia (chiropractor & owner) who is not only their fearless leader and the best chiropractor I know, but the happiest and most positive person I have ever met ❤️

Over the years I have seen multiple chiropractic and massage practitioners at Back to Back. Not once have I been disappointed. Currently, I have found my "dream team". Dr. Liz is an absolute genius with her chiropractic treatments. She isn't a chiropractor that just does the routine adjustments and sends you on your way. She listens, assesses and tries multiple modalities to ensure you are receiving the best care possible. I adore Dr. Liz!

Naomi is my RMT and she is an absolute gem. Like her chiro counterpart, she takes her time to listen to what is bothering you, and work to find a treatment that is built around your specific issues. My back, neck and shoulders are always thrilled after a visit with her.

Despite having made the payment through the insurance provider, the company’s poorly managed accounting team has disastrously mishandled the records, resulting in an erroneous overdue balance. This significant error has not only caused the company to inaccurately report the balance as unpaid but has also led them to unjustly send the account to collections. The situation is compounded by the fact that proof of payment was clearly provided, yet the incompetence and negligence of the staff have overshadowed this evidence, creating unnecessary stress and confusion for the customer.

Shame on the establishment to attack someones financial status after taking blame on their own staffing. Disgusting a medical facility would treat anyone in such a manner.

There are so many great practitioners at Back to Back. I highly recommend Avi for kinesiology / training. I have struggled with getting back to weight training since a car accident and she has such a wealth of knowledge that has helped me immensely! Levi is an incredible RMT as is Naomi. I’ve been going to this clinic for almost 2 years now and am so impressed with the knowledge and care as well as the friendly front desk staff!

I had years of great experiences with Dr Cindy before she retired, I now go to Dr Liz. She’s efficient, knowledgeable and successfully helped me with different issues I have had with my body. I have also had other great experiences with RMT, acupuncture as well as facials. Highly recommend this place!
