We are from out of province, and given the doctor shortage in Canada, we were more than impressed by this clinic. Although it took many, many calls (busy signals) to get through to book an appointment, once connected with reception, they were kind and professional. We got an appointment with an exceptional nurse practitioner, who after examination sent my husband for an xray. The examination, written prescription plus pick up at the drugstore next door and xray (10 minute drive away) took just under an hour. We are grateful for the expedient quality care he received at this clinic.

Super grateful to this clinic for getting me in within 2 hours. Woke up with an acutely swollen face, received very needed antibiotics to stop the infection. I felt greatly relieved to get help on time. With the current healthcare crisis, it isn't easy to feel heard, thank you for making me feel like my health matters 🙏🏻

Wanted to highlight how great this clinic is, especially in the current healthcare crisis. The group here is highly professional and are doing things right by allowing people who don't have a family doctor to MAKE APPOINTMENTS! It's insane how other clinics/urgent cares run by allowing people to line up super early in the morning with nothing but a hope you are there early enough. I understand we're all just doing our best. Having the ability to make an appointment helps manage my time, the clinic's time, and makes me feel like I'm important enough to be heard. Waiting in long lines with everyone stressed out and wanting to be heard all with tired healthcare professionals just makes you feel like you're taking up space from people who might need the spot more urgently than you. Highly recommend this clinic and everyone who is working there. If any people who work there is somehow reading this, please give yourself a pat on the back.

During our family vacation, we needed medical attention and visited this clinic. We arrived in the morning to inquire about seeing a doctor. The receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating, fitting us in as walk-in patients. Within a couple of hours, we were seen by the doctor and received the necessary medication. The other day we had a little mishap while hiking the trails with our 5 year old boys. One of them fell and banged up his knee pretty badly. We were very lucky to call the clinic and they agreed to see us right away. They cleaned out the wound and we were on our way. Can’t say how grateful we were for the speedy service and kind attention to our little one. Thank you!!

They couldn't even be bothered to answer their phone. All i got was the hang up tone no matter how many times or when i phoned.
