They answer all phone calls in the office on speaker phone. Which is not only incredibly lazy and disrespectful, but also a blatent disregard for patient privacy laws. Every person in this office should lose their license. If you use these people, consider speaking to a lawyer.

One of the doctors there is phenomenal.

The clinic itself is pitiful, part their own fault and part the governments.

They don't always have a walk in doctor at the walk in center.

People line up to take a ticket for walk-in's starts at 07:00 and they take only a limited number of people per day starting at 08:00

They'll call you back for your walk-in 'appointment' which is before noon. Then they don't do anything for the rest of the afternoon. Since they don't take any new walk-ins once they've reached a certain number...

This walk-in clinic has been a lifesaver for our family over the years of not having a family doctor. We have always been treated respectfully and received excellent, quality service from all staff. The docs are knowledgeable and have no problem referring on to a specialist for those illnesses outside of their scope. Now that the clinic is located at Walmart and offer a recall buzzer the experience is just that much better. Thanks for always being there for my family!

A very convenient walk in clinic with a rotating staff of doctors. This is a service for people that don't have a family doctor and would like to see an md. You may have to wait but you will see a doctor, which is what it's all about at the end of the day.
They will offer you a buzzer so that you can go walk around the spectacle that is Walmart and see a warehouse filled with plastic objects made by children while you wait for the next Doctor. Or just wait outside.
A straight forward clinic, don't expect anything fancy but much gratitude to having this facility available.

Technically I didn't see a doctor so can't rate them. I didn't make it past the front desk because the older woman checking me in was just about the rudest person I have ever met. I didn't catch her name, but she was older with way too much unflattering makeup on. What a piece of work! I highly recommend if you don't want to be treated with utmost disrespect, maybe going anywhere else.

My husband I visited this clinic on a number of occasions and always received the best of treatment. We were really impressed with all the staff and owe a huge thank you to Dr. Spring for her extremely professional and emphatic care. All the very best to everyone at CVMC!

This place is a joke. Very disappointed with the service and lack of doctors here. I'm not sure why they even call it a walk in service anymore as your not allowed to just walk in and wait for a doctor anymore without booking appt. first thing in the morning and there is still no guarantee you will be able to see a doctor that day.

With the presence of Covid lining up to receive an appointment is the norm. In reality it is no longer a "Walk-in Clinic". Line ups can be long.
