Verna introduced my mother to hearing aids and was so informed, gentle and patient! She explained the process and pricing structure in such detail and also in plain language so it was easy to understand. She met with my Mom a number of times to make sure she was having a great experience with the equipment. Leanne in the office was so wonderful, taking care of all the appointments. This is truly a great place to go for your hearing aid needs.

Chelsea and Verna are a great team.
I have been a client of Connect Hearing for many years and have been treated by a number of their audiologists. I can say without qualification Verna is the very best. She is caring, patient and thanks to her comprehensive knowledge of the software that Connect uses to fine tune the hearing aids she has improved my hearing to a point that is better by far than earlier fine tuning efforts. Phonak rechargeable units I believe are excellent units too.

Was in need of a new ear mold. Verna was extremely detailed and worked hard to ensure the new mold fit perfectly. She then guided me towards a new aid ( which I also will need soon ) and her follow up with me was quick and thorough. Both Verna and Chelsea are a great team and I felt well taken care of

The audiologist, Vera, is very knowledgable, helpful and extremely patient. She was able to answer all of my questions and those that she wasn't sure of she researched and answered at our next appointment.
The hearing aids have made my day to day activities 100% better.
All in all Vera, Chelsea, the receptionist, and the South Delta branch get a 10 out of 10.

Covid protocols maintained. Verna and team were very helpful and informative. I just needed a hearing test done and she answered all my questions and even did a ear cleaning. The first consultation visit is free of charge. I would recommend Verna for your hearing needs.
