When the day of my appointment arrived, I was a little nervous, but Allanah greeted me with a warm smile and provided truly five star service. Her kindness, sense of humor, ability to make me feel at ease, and patience in explaining each step of the process were the highlights of my experience. I am genuinely looking forward to my upcoming treatments with her.

Cameron at the front desk was also incredibly friendly, making my final interaction just as positive as the rest of my visit.

Cosmedica and their team are the best in town. The minute you walk in you feel well taken care of. From their warm and professional atmosphere, to how knowledgeable every dr, nurse and staff member is about each treatment. They create a luxurious and comfortable environment, guiding you through every step of the way no matter what you are there for. Nurse Courtney does my Botox and quite a few of my friends and she is beyond talented. She has the most calming and beautiful energy and I always feel incredible after she works her magic.
Dr Tess is helping me with my melasma, and listening to her speak about skin, her knowledge is unmatched. I know I’m in the best hands and she also created the most calming and welcoming environment. I have seen incredible results with friends she has worked with and although we just started, I know it’s going to be great.

I have also had the pleasure of trying their new em face machine and wow is it ever incredible. I have had facial paralysis 3 times so my eyebrows have dropped a bit because of it. Right away after one treatment my eyebrows were lifted and I was so happy. It also worked wonders for the bags under my eyes. I’m obsessed.
All in all every experience I have had at Cosmedica has been wonderful, I would reccomend them to everyone.

Was nervous to have the bbl laser, but am absolutely thrilled with the results after one session. Everyone who works here is so nice and takes the time to explain things. They don’t try to upsell just to make money- they’ll tell you if they don’t think a treatment will be good for you. Will definitely keep going back

During the procedures the technician is very thorough and talks me through the whole process answering any questions I have.
