I had such a great experience getting my nails done—Mahi did an absolutely amazing job! She was super attentive to detail, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and my nails turned out even better than I imagined. The shape, the color, the design—everything was flawless. What started as a bit of a frustrating experience turned into one of the best. I had trouble booking with a gift certificate my partner got me for Mother’s Day, but the owner called me right away, was very kind and apologetic, and got me in sooner than I had hoped. The lady who did my service was amazing — super detailed, professional, and so kind. I left feeling relaxed and totally taken care of. I’ve been coming here on and off for a year, and this really restored my confidence.

Great service and amazing customer care! I’d recommend this place to anyone. Hands down the best massage and facial.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Cosmic Beauty. I went in for a pedicure and was shocked when I saw the bill — they charged me an extra $15 for gel without even informing me it was an additional cost. That should have been disclosed upfront.

To make things worse, the technician seemed new and rushed through the pedicure in just 20 minutes. The gel application alone took 30 minutes, but the actual pedicure was barely done. I paid $70 for what felt like a rushed, incomplete service.

When I asked for callus removal, I was told to book another appointment for that — something that should have been included or at least offered properly during the session.

Overall, horrible service and no transparency with pricing. Definitely not going back.

After I declined their re-address to remove my Google review in exchange for $15, the owner responded by falsely claiming I was “rude” instead of addressing my concerns.

I want to stress that I stayed civil and didn’t cause any drama because I was leaving for a trip right after. Just because I was polite doesn’t mean I was happy with the service. The polish color I originally wanted wasn’t even in stock, so I had to settle for another shade.

They gave my pedicure to a very inexperienced technician who clearly didn’t know how to do the job properly.

I can clearly see this business is not to be trusted when they try to justify their poor service with a mere $15 credit - and when I declined to delete my honest review, they responded by trying to discredit me. Absolutely hideous behavior.

The head massage was the best thing I've had at a spa! Maryam was so gentle with my pedicure and didn't go overboard like a lot of places where your feet feel raw the next day. Then she has firm hands for the massage side of things.

Having a 36-year background in customer service, I'm a tough customer, but I'm also very fair. I told her I was extremely grateful for the call. Receiving feedback and making it right is the road to a successful business!! Her phoning me to apologize, THAT'S good customer service, offering us 15% off our next visit, THAT'S good costumer!!! Date Day" for me and my hubby. He'd never had a pedicure before so I booked us in as he had bday gc's given to him. The appt. started off well, our pedis were going great, we were offered to paraffin wax our hands as an add on, (so we both had that done) then, it was a crash and burn finish. Both of our pedicurests left to deal with their next appts. We were passed off to someone who was not familiar with the process. She started using the dirty towel that had been used on my feet to take off the paraffin on my hands until she was directed to use a clean towel; they left my hubby in the chair for a good 3 to 4 mins. with the toe separators so I had to ask them if he was done, they said yes, but I had to remove the toe separators. Then, they lost the gift certificates my hubby gave them at the start of our appt. And when we went to pay, they couldn't find them...it felt like they didn't believe he had given them to the front desk gal when we first arrived. Both of the ladies said they didn't get the certificates. I told the gal we had to leave as we had a lunch reservation. She said she would look for the gc's and call us when she found them and my hubby could go back and pay. When they called and said they found the gc's, I asked where, they said they were found on the floor.... was a very disappointing end to a really great start. Front end ladies are disorganized. And ewww cleaning my hands off with a dirty foot towel, not cool. I give them 3 stars only because we both liked the ladies who worked on us.

I was contacted by their nail specialist, Mercedeh, at this salon to come in as a model for a manicure and pedicure. We had previously chatted through WhatsApp about her services, and she let me know when she had an opening. We scheduled an appointment for 11:00 AM the next day.

I arrived on time and was told by the front desk that she was with another client and would be with me shortly. I ended up waiting an entire hour, and she never came. Reception kept saying she was still busy, but I was given no clear updates or explanation. I finally left at 12:00 after waiting for an hour with no service.

What was most disappointing is that I messaged the nail specialist and told her very politely that I had to leave and received no response — not even an apology for the wait or cancellation. It felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I understand delays happen, but basic communication and courtesy go a long way.

Shadi is hands down the BEST master esthetician! She is always so friendly, personable, and welcoming, making every appointment such a great experience. Her talent with nail art—both manicures and pedicures—is incredible. Whether I come in with a specific idea, show her an inspiration photo, or let her work her magic, she nails it (literally!) every single time.
